These draft website terms describe the informational purpose of the site and require review against the final contracting entity and business terms.

Website information

Website content is provided for product and project-planning discussion. Concept images, preliminary descriptions, and planning guidance are not shop drawings, production approvals, certifications, quotations, or contractual commitments.

Project-specific confirmation

Dimensions, construction, finishes, hardware, power, equipment interfaces, MOQ, pricing, lead time, packaging, warranty, freight, installation, and payment terms must be confirmed in project-specific documents.

Intellectual property

The final terms must identify the owner of website content, drawings, trademarks, product designs, and submitted project materials, along with any permitted uses.

Third-party information

Third-party brand standards, drawings, product references, certifications, and client information should be shared only when the sender is authorized to provide them.

Legal entity and governing terms

The legal company name, address, governing law, dispute terms, and formal contracting documents must be supplied and reviewed before these terms are treated as final.
