Both depend on the model and the changes you need. We confirm the minimum order and lead time with your quote.
What should be included in the first brief?
Provide room count, room types, plans, FF&E schedule, brand requirements, budget direction, target dates, and the current product scope. Review the hotel furniture RFQ requirements before submitting the project scope.
Can you work from an existing basis of design?
Share the authorized reference and identify which dimensions, functions, and visual characteristics must be preserved.
When is production approved?
The project-specific approval package should identify final drawings, finish samples, hardware, interfaces, packaging, and any approved exceptions.
